Yes — bad pressure washing damages more than it cleans. Vinyl siding, stucco, old wood, and certain paint finishes need SOFT washing (chemicals + low pressure), not high PSI blasting. We use the right technique for each surface. Never let anyone hit old wood with 3,000 PSI.
Not when done right. We pre-wet landscaping before chemical treatment, cover sensitive plants, and post-rinse everything nearby. Some chemical pre-treatments are plant-safe; others aren't. We disclose exactly what we're using before we start.
Yes — those are gloeocapsa magma algae, and pressure washing them is wrong (destroys shingles). We soft-wash with a chemical treatment that kills the algae, then rinse gently. Results are visible immediately and last 3-5 years.
Yes. Rust needs an oxalic acid treatment — standard pressure washing won't touch rust. Oil stains need a degreaser + heat + pressure combination. We handle both as add-ons to driveway washing.
